In the 2015/16 season, Rice Research Australia (RRAPL) conducted independent trials on rice using BioAg's Soil & Seed (3 L/Ha) boom sprayed onto rice bays pre plant. The result was a 14% yield increase above the control, a grower return of +$600/Ha
The trial aimed to assess the benefits of BioAg Soil & Seed in drill sown rice under standard farmer practices (as described by researcher) in the Murray Valley and compare that to StandardFarmer Practice without BioAg Soil & Seed treatments. Results showed yield improvement and economic benefit were achieved.
BioAg treatment delivered 14 t/ha improvement above the control. Independent trial conducted by kagome Australia using a BioAg program.
Increased yield and nitrogen use efficiencies in Rice Research Australia trial Jerilderie. $220/ha yield increase | 2015
Randomised block with 4 replications. RPR & SSP applied at 4 different rates. By year 3, RPR outperformed SSP at all application rates.
RPR achieved dry matter yield production of approximately 1,000 kg/ha more than the other eight participating products.
While a hot dry spring produced a suite of disappointing results at South Australia’s premier field cropping trial site, BioAg’s Balance & Grow was able to produce a significant impact on protein.
