Order now and savePhosphate fertiliser prices are soaring to satisfy global demand for both food and biofuel. The international price of MAP and DAP has more than doubled in recent years, while sea freight costs have trebled. Australian producers can expect to pay more than $1000/tonne for MAP and DAP in the not too distant future. BioAg is not immune to these forces and the full price of BioAgPhos for 2008 will be $360/tonne ex Geelong, a $30/tonne increase on last year. Even so, BioAgPhos remains exceptional value on a $/kg P basis. In fact, it is about 25% cheaper than single super and 30 to 35% cheaper than MAP and DAP! When you add on the early bird discounts you really can’t go past BioAgPhos as your source of phosphorus for cropping or pastures. Order and pay for BioAgPhos before May and you’ll save between $10 and $40/tonne off the normal list price (ex GST and delivery ex Geelong). Road freight is likely to again be difficult and expensive due to the modest harvest in many areas and with fuel continuing to rise, it makes even more sense to get your BioAgPhos home early. It will store in a pile in the paddock and will not be ruined by rain. Now is also the time to order Sulphate of Ammonia for use as a starter/pre-plant nitrogen source. BioAg has only limited stocks available for $200 per tonne ex Port Kembla. Place your order today by contacting BioAg on 1300 599 911 or sales@bioag.com.au. Product is also available from our Junee and Lismore (NSW) depots. Contact the office for ex-depot prices. |
